If so I would have just gone ahead and rung her buzzer.  I dont know Edinburgh well but the Piershill area has never given me any concerns.  Katies location is perfect for getting the bus to and from the city centre and its a frequent service.

I dont see what your gripe is when you comment that she says "She wont be ready until the agreed time"  thats what it is, an agreed time between both parties!!

I know that Katie switches her work phone off during booking times, I presume she has done this for your booking once she has agreed a time with you and given you the address.

I would persevere and try to see her again.  She is definitely one  of the few positives that is available out there.

She told me i could come earlier than agreed time if i wanted i just needed to contact her on arrival. Then not long before the time she said she could no longer do earlier and wouldn't be ready until agreed time, which was fine. That was the last I heard from her!

I think she might at least have contacted me later to explain what happened, but heard nothing. Can only think got bumped last minute by a regular taking a longer booking.

She used to work quite sparingly, but now is doing 10am-9pm on some days so sounds like a change of work style and maybe attitude.
