I really didn't want to leave this review, but on coming home from it I felt I had to. People will notice I have changed the format of how I normally put the subject of my review and said "Diamonds of Newcastle....seen Zara". I have done this as I want to separate Zara from this review and make it really about how Diamonds managed this booking which was a disgrace basically.

I also want to say, I really like Zara. And I really genuinely want to book her again. And I don't personally believe this to be her fault for this poor booking. So I hope when she reads this (as she likely will) she realizes that my annoyance is with the agency and not her and I want to see her again.

But anyway as some quick background. This was to be my third punt with Zara. And I am someone who suffers from a (perceived) 3rd punt syndrome. Where the first and second punts with a girl were great. And then the third is always terrible. And I was very worried about this one turning the same. This is what I posted in advance in the gifts topic about my worries.

Myself I have been thinking of bringing a gift as I suffer from third punt syndrome. Where the first punt and second punt with a girl is great. But then the third punt, or definitely the fourth punt, the girl it seems has seen me as a soft touch so the girl takes absolute liberties for it. Or my personally is a bit rubbing off and grating to her, so the third booking is the girl displaying an attitude towards me that makes me really not enjoy my time.

So I am thinking just a reasonably priced small gift may be the way to break this so the third/fourth punts go as good as the first and second for me and can keep the girl as a regular.

So what I did to make sure this punt would be good was I researched like hell (really excessively) and bought a bottle of wine that actually while not that expensive (under £10) actually has won awards for it being very nice against brands much more expensive. I also bought a pack of Skyns condoms to make the sex more enjoyable too.

So anyway to the punt....I phoned up Diamonds today for a booking at 1pm for 45mins. It was to be at the Quayside West.

I get to the flat at 12.50 and wait till 12.58pm to phone to get the room number and to buzz it on the intercom to go up. I phone, no answer. Phone again, no answer. Keep phoning panicking till eventually 1.07pm the phone is answered and I am saying I have been trying to get through to you for 10 mins and you were not answering. And the girl on the phone going "I don't know why" and me saying "Nah this is not good enough this happens every single time I phone to get the building number after making a booking".

So anyway the girl on the phone gives me the intercom password to get into the building. Very different to what normally happens where they tell me the room number to let the girl buzz me in the building so she knows I am on my way up.

So I get into the building still on the phone and I say "Its now 1.07pm, the booking was supposed to be 1pm, does Zara still think I am coming or does she think I haven't turned up". And the girl on the phone is like "Don't worry she knows you have a booking, she knows you are coming". so I say, "can you please just phone her and tell her I am coming as this is the normal way this works". And as soon as I end my sentence the phone cuts out on me / or I am hung up on or what I do not know. I try phoning back, and yet again, no answer like before. So I figure I should just go up to the room.

So I make it up to the floor the room is on. This is now 1.10pm (remember the booking was supposed to be 1pm). And as soon as I literally get to the door. It flies open and its actually a case of Zara is saying goodbye to her previous client right infront of me.

This was a seriously rough looking bricklayer type in his 40s. He looks right at me annoyed like hell while he walks past. (like its somehow my fault) And I go into the room with Zara with the sudden rush of realization that she will have been likely pounded like hell by that last rough look guy. And it suddenly dawned on me what Toshiba and others have been complaining about so much as this was not a nice feeling at all to be honest.  (I know its patently obvious girls see other guys when they work for a day, but having it slammed right into your face that the girl you are seeing has just seen someone is not a nice feeling at all).

So we go into the room and its now 1.15pm. I hand over the £75 for 45 mins. And Zara is convinced and has been told I only booked for 30mins. And I am like no I really booked for 45mins so I give her the money, and the wine.

I then ask to go into the shower like I do in all bookings to freshen up. Which I am told I cannot as Frankie may is working in the same flat today and she is in the shower now.

I honestly had a rush into the back of my head of thinking of saying "well sod it, I don't care, I will get a shower with her at the same time". But the gentleman in me said, "ok I will wait". So I am waiting for Frankie to come out to get a shower for me to get in.

I get the shower and its now after (1.22/1.23pm) when the booking effectively starts.

Zara is great as usual. And I really like her, as usual. But I then find, there are absolutely no pillows in the room whatsoever.

The problem with this is, I am very tall and a bit overweight, she is tiny. And as such I need for sex to take place to chuck a couple of pillows under the girls bum to light raise her lower part so I can enter. So as it wasn't possible to have sex. So she gives me oral instead.

She is telling me (as I said I didn't even get into the room until 1.15pm and it was 45mins I paid for so this should be till 2pm this booking). That she has someone due for 2pm so she needs to get this finished for him coming as she needs a shower (It then dawned on me, that she wont have had a shower for me coming into the room as she literally seen off her client right infront of me, but its a case of I like Zara so much I didn't want to possibly suggest this to her and upset her).

So while she is really nice, it did give the feeling during the oral she was rushing things. So anyway 1.50pm is when I come and it was a case of, time to get ready. So I get ready and now its 1.55pm, and a knock on the door happens.

And its a case of both Zara and Frankie are there at the door arguing with each over over the other one should answer the door. Frankie saying this will be Zara's 2pm client. And Zara saying she doesn't want to open it as I am still in the room so she is trying to get Frankie to open it.  So they don't open the door.

I leave the apartment giving some brave comment of I will just walk past this guy looking tough. But really I am thinking, this is now punter number 2 I am going to see in the flesh today that will be pounding Zara.

All in all. I left this punt not happy at all. I really - really do like Zara and want to see her again. So I am really worried if due to this negative review she doesn't want to accept any bookings from me again. I will have to PM her prior to any subsequent booking to see if she will accept it from me or not due to this review. But its a case of I do not blame her for this. I blame Diamonds who handled these bookings so shoddily it turned into a joke quite frankly.

So in effect I got a 30min booking for paying for 45. And I really didn't get to have sex (we did try a few mins of having sex with her ontop, but because I have a tiny package, and she is tiny, its a case of it pops out as soon as we both move an inch, so it needs to be sex with me onto for it to happen, which cannot due to no pillows in the room).

Diamonds really need to get their act together big style as I am seriously big style annoyed by this.

This review is a less than a negative if you ask me Anth, this is a real shocker.
It's obvious you like the girl but for me she has to share some of the blame and i would never book her or use diamonds again.
In fact i haven't since i was caught up in a flat share with that good looking but frigid escort they used to have on their books last year.
This is enough to put anyone off "punting" again, i would have honestly walked.

Off thread here i know, but when we were discussing LD's prices this is one the reasons i would not question the cost, because i don't this would ever happen there. The revolving door policy is bad enough with one doing it never mind two.

It actually won the award on the International Wine Taster Challenge for the nicest tasting Rose wine so went to town to buy a couple of bottles. One for a relatives birthday coming up, and the other for Zara in the hope it will make the chances I have a good punt more likely. Thanks to Diamonds it didn't.

Here it is in the competition before people think I am just a cheapskate getting cheap wine for no reason. It was actually better than an expensive present as it was a well thoughted out and researched gift (IMHO at least).

It all honesty I would like to know why Diamonds.

1. Allowed me to go up when the current client was still there (they normally receive a text from the girl to say the guy is gone). Especially if the booking is running over which this one clearly was as it was after 1.10pm I got up to the room.

2. The fact that they did this very unusual thing of giving me the intercom password suggests they knew that Zara wasn't ready for me as I have had about 10 bookings inside quayside west and everytime bar one time which was very unique and still done with the girls agreement (my booking with Pixie which was setup especially by George the owner due to a mixup) its a case of I need to phone to get the room. Then I buzz up to that room and get the girl to buzz me in and open the door. This is their whole argument of phoning to get the room / house number on the hour again to stop this exact thing from happening that happened today.

3. And the fact that they gave the punter after me the password again when she definitely didn't text to say I had left as she never touched her phone. Both Zara and Frankie were seriously freaking out not knowing what to do when the knock was at the door. And I bet if it was a case of the door didn't open by chance with the last guy leaving when I showed up. They'd had been freaking out when I knocked at 1.10pm too not knowing what to do.

Anth. Wow, read with mixed feelings:
- sympathy for you, or empathy, or both
- disappointment for the debacle, though being objective, it's an accumulation of a number of elements leading to your sense of feeling let down
- and, yes, when you don't know who has been there before you, the blinkered approach is manageable.

I too have had difficulties getting through whilst waiting outside, however, I know that work has been carried out on a telephone mast that covers the Quayside causing reception issues, but, hey I am probably being over-generous. It does make you think, do I want to keep punting when reading the brutal reality of what you experienced?

Hindsight is great and yes an insistence on getting into the shower with Frankie....not to mention Zara....would have been a good option. And, definitely a 15 minute, £25 reduction, but.....that is easy for me to say sitting at home. Upsetting a WG you clearly like is not necessarily an easy or preferred option, so a tough one.

I don't normally comment on posts like this, but you seem a decent guy (and very helpful on here), so I feel for you.

That would be my biggest fucking nightmare, not just meeting the guy before me but also the one after. Appalling professionalism. Every WG should give, at least, half an hour between each client. Hope you get this resolved by Diamonds and redeemed with Zara. What you need is a quality punt to take your mind of it. Good luck mate.

You should have walked Anth, kept your money and your wine and booked with a reliable indie or an agency that is managed properly and has girls that actually do care about the service they provide. Clients meeting each other at the door arriving and leaving is appalling and of course flat-sharing is illegal anyway.

But that is actually seriously freaky, not just on my part but on yours too. As why did Diamonds let him into the building if he was so early?

It suggests he phoned them up, they gave him the password to the building front door. And possibly also the apartment number. And he used it to arrive early for the punt.

I can only go by the info I have really when I post a review. It is a case of when there is two girls in a flat. If the client for the other girl was leaving at the end then no way would it ever be the other girl who shows him to the door. It would be the girl he seen.

So like I say it was Zara showing this guy out with Frankie nowhere to be seen (as she was actually in the shower).

To be honest also. I don't really want to start my inane habit of bringing up questions on stuff. But this is the only time I will. If it was the case of he shouldn't have been there at all. What was he doing inside the apartment with the door closed. It would have been the case of he'd turn up at the door and you'd not let the guy even inside if he was so early.  (that's not the way you should deal with crazies, which he may have been if he turned up so early without a booking like that).

But I am just saying this to hopefully see where I am coming from in jumping to the conclusion that I did that he must have been your previous client and you literally had just seen him out the second I arrived. So like I say I don't want this to turn into an epic discussion as I really do want to book with Zara again regardless.

She didn't actually have poor hygiene. I actually did RO which I enjoyed and didn't notice anything off. And actually asked for and then tried rimming too as I enjoyed the RO which was also good and nowhere did I notice anything wrong. It was really nice actually.

It was just a case of a "Jesus Christ" sudden realization type thing. But it seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion and put 2+2 and got 100.

To be honest Diamonds need to do something about the Quayside West flat. It really is the pitts and nowhere near as nice as the Gateshead Quayside, or regular Gateshead flats.

It was this flat that caused LillyD and EvaBello to quit working for them. They need to get some more ruddy pillows on the beds as priority number one. As forgetting wall clocks. Pillows is kind of a requirement for this.

I will be booking with Zara again as she is seriously fit as the summation. I am just pleased she is not annoyed for my leaving this negative.

The problem is, Diamonds always have problems with their phones. It really is a case of its almost like a "that's diamonds" type of thing as its so frequent.

The likely reason is - I am guessing - will be as each day they have 15 girls working. They have one phone line. And everyone makes bookings to start either on the hour or the 30 mins past. So you have to fight against 14 other people to get the room number on the hour or 30mins past as 15 people will be phoning to confirm their booking and to get the room or house number all at the same time at a few mins to the hour.

Its just the problem is once you hit the time you are booked. You innately start panicking. And then for every minute panic increases.

What I guess people should do is try and get the mobile number for the girl itself and text her, "ok to come up now" to her direct and shove messing around fighting against 14 other people with Diamonds.

At the risk of being hanged,drawn and quartered by the Anti Amour Brigade I will say this..from my personal experience if I book a girl via Amour I KNOW for a fact that the booking will go ahead but with Diamonds its like a bloody lottery until you're actually physically in the room with the girl.

So am I missing something or had O'Riley the Builder seen Zara or Frankie..if it was the latter could it have been Mr D?

One final word of advice..if you've been freaked out by seeing fellow punters..never visit a sauna.

I've used Diamonds loads and at least twice I've bumped into another punter, once one was just leaving as I was being shown in by one lass, another we both reached the door to the building at the same time. Highly embarrassing and awkward.

Now I'll only use Diamonds if it's clear there's no other girl working in the flat at the same time.

I can see why meeting other punters must be very cringy  I think if you saw all the punters that the girls see you probably would be very turned off and would not want to be doing rimming and ro and kissing the last guy so its easy to switch off the thought.

I can only go by the info I have really when I post a review. It is a case of when there is two girls in a flat. If the client for the other girl was leaving at the end then no way would it ever be the other girl who shows him to the door. It would be the girl he seen.

So like I say it was Zara showing this guy out with Frankie nowhere to be seen (as she was actually in the shower).

To be honest also. I don't really want to start my inane habit of bringing up questions on stuff. But this is the only time I will. If it was the case of he shouldn't have been there at all. What was he doing inside the apartment with the door closed. It would have been the case of he'd turn up at the door and you'd not let the guy even inside if he was so early.  (that's not the way you should deal with crazies, which he may have been if he turned up so early without a booking like that).

But I am just saying this to hopefully see where I am coming from in jumping to the conclusion that I did that he must have been your previous client and you literally had just seen him out the second I arrived. So like I say I don't want this to turn into an epic discussion as I really do want to book with Zara again regardless.

I think you know deep down the scruffy builder bloke was Zara's punter and she had just been given a seeing to probably the pillows got dirty from him.

Don't blame her for trying to pass the buck as its very off putting at least you get 15 mins added to your next punt. I would like to say it wont happen again but we all know this kind of thing goes on a lot at Diamonds!!!

Even though Anth it was not the best start of a booking especially as your likely to be having visions of the scruffy builder but at least 1 thing good come out of it you got to learn about wines and you could start reviewing wines too plus Zara must appreciate the bottle after a hard days work

Diamonds will be pissing themselves laughing at that comment Anth as they've basically treat you like a mug and yet you're still going back for more...I would have walked at 1.00 pm.
At the risk of being hanged,drawn and quartered by the Anti Amour Brigade I will say this..from my personal experience if I book a girl via Amour I KNOW for a fact that the booking will go ahead but with Diamonds its like a bloody lottery until you're actually physically in the room with the girl.

So am I missing something or had O'Riley the Builder seen Zara or Frankie..if it was the latter could it have been Mr D?

One final word of advice..if you've been freaked out by seeing fellow punters..never visit a sauna.

Diamonds and there girls probably are having a good laugh at the review its not funny for Anth but the review was very detailed and least we have all learnt a bit about what wine to take.

I hope Zara gives him a good time next time, might be an idea to leave a big space between bookings on his next visit!!

But then when Zara opened the door and seen me there and this guy going. She wasn't freaking out at all which if it was some guy turning up out of the blue and getting into the flat. Even I would be freaked out at that.

I don't know. Deep down I think it was Zara's client. But Zara said it wasn't so will trust her on it.

So all I will say is. He may have fucked her every which way from Sunday. Messed up the bedsheets. Ruined the pillows. And got 10 mins overtime into my time likely cos it was so good.....But I bet he didn't bring her a bottle of wine         (sorry I couldn't resist that joke).

I usually find outcalls so much more relaxed with the girls and no bumping in to other punters but it all depends if you can stretch to the cost as it has to be a hour at least and either your home or a hotel but if you have seen someone several times and like them it can be good.

Hi Anth thanks for the review, sorry it turned out the way it did.

Diamonds have given me the password for Quayside West before. Maybe they do this when a number of people are ringing at the same time on the hour or half hour to get flat numbers etc. However, having two or more girls sharing causes this situation to arise.
Anth, i think your correct in believing that the guy leaving when you arrived was infact her previous booking.
Fortunately i have not used diamonds for a while & don't intend to use them again anytime soon.

Not used Diamonds since Sep 13, when I last saw Louise at Kingston Park. Was thinking of booking Louise in the next week or two, but reading this has put me off. Sorry to hear you had a crap time Anth.

Is this more of a problem at the Quayside West apartment?  I note that Louise works from Quayside Gateshead apartment as well - has this a history or 2 girls working from there or any other issues similar to Anths?
