I know just what you mean about getting an appointment with her. Due to reasons that i will not go into i can only book appointments in Darlington but my availability for a punt never seems to coincide with when Francesca is working  The fact she only seems to work about 2 days a week at best makes it even harder.
If you do get to see her lovematures please do a review.
