You could probabaly say the same about myself. Although I have 2 points against. 1. What if we want it to be as genuine, honest and fun as possible, but don't want a "normal" monogamous relationship? (while also not being the kind of person to go out drinking, and innitiating things with girls, which seems to be the "acceptable" way of doing it hah.)
And 2. About dating sites: Ive been on 2 for a while, and not got out of it yet. Girls on there are as selective as in real life or MORE, since they can easily ignore someone by not replying.
I take your point on both of those things and yes, some aspects can irritate, such as the 'nagging'! I'm sure women will come back on that and say it's just because guys won't listen, to which I usually reply "what?"!!
Ok, on your points:
1. Personally, I'd rather spend my money on somebody who has a chance of genuinely being 'into me', rather than being with me because I'm paying them too! It's never really 'genuine', when you're paying by the hour, is it? Remember, I'm only talking about a scenario where you book somebody and spend the whole time chatting!
2. Depends on what dating site you're using! Yes, women are incredibly fussy on them. Some would say they're just being more honest! I tended to find women were incredibly specific about what they were after, whereas guys were equally as fussy, but happy to play the percentages and catch as many fish as possible, then they'd be choosy! But probably try to get away with a few shags on the way. But women are equally capable of playing that game and there are plenty of sites where that can be done! The reality lies somewhere in between for both! A site such as eharmony would perhaps be better in that sense, as it tries to match interests and isn't so 'blunt' as say, the broadsheet dating sites.
Everybody's after different things. I think my point with Anth was that if he's just spending the whole time chatting, it appears to me that he risks being taken for a ride, if you pardon the pun! That said, it's a punter's money, so if that makes him happy, it's up to him!
