In the few months I've been punting (mainly with an agency) I've noticed claims on their website regarding recruitment that WGs can earn up to £2000 a week, and that interested applicants should send them their details and a couple of photos. I've always wondered how WGs find out about the vacancies, as it is very unlikely that girls would be looking at a female escort website. How else do they advertise?
Also, what type of questions do you think the potential WGs would be asked at the interview? Apart from looks and willingness to perform sexual acts on strangers, what other criteria would agencies look for? How would the agency know that the WG would be comfortable when it actually came to meeting a punter, and they were competent for the job? Would they have a trial shift with the pimp or another guinea pig punter?
Also, I know that agencies deduct fees from each punt, but does this mean that the WGs get paid cash in hand in terms of commission?

In theory that's actually quite a good idea because it gives him the chance to gauge how well the WG would perform with other punters. It's like same as us posting a postive or negative review about a WG some are better than others, and I've always thought there must be some kind of trial shift WGs at any agency must undertake before being offered a permanent position.

Firstly some WGs move with the grass is always greener syndrome then ften return

In the multigirl parlours the girls will tell each other about other places especially when you get the likes of scotch girls working in Manchester along side Yorkshire girls
so they here of places like GFE sheffiels & the Edingbourgh parlours (a lot of seem no more) these girl jump ship thinking they can make more money or work different areas different days

I assume Agencies run the same as parlours from this point & top parlour girls often go to Agencies as they should be better paid as there hourly rate has gone from £100/hr to £150/hr
Again some Agencies seem busier than others so there earnings should be preportioned in the same way

Depends on the quality of the agency. In my distant past I had a WG friend with free benefits.  I met quite a few of her friends socially. My take on it varies from arrive in UK, hair done, make up done, photo shoot and nice flat, to arrive dingy flat, quick photos, few boxes of condoms and start working. The only common factor was the security for angencies that tend to collect money were always after freebies. Most girls realised quickly that no money than no honey for security. Never heard mention of agency management trying the goods before put on sale. Perhaps considered a security job and also keeps a certain level of distance.

Don't forget for newbie WG, security is what keeps them safe hence freebie. But from my knowledge some do, some don't but usually gets knocked on the head quickly when a WG finds her feet and knows as a money earner for the agency they should protect her either way or everyone loses money. Then security moves to next newbie for perks

I know of one indy who was contacted by an agency like this. They promised her good money, regular clients and a pa to ensure she had an easy life. This confused her a little cos in her own words "my life is pretty easy already".

I had some contact with a girl who sent me a flirt on AW. It's the only time I have received one and she looked hot, so I made some contact with her. She was new and had priced herself out of the market, hence the flirt. She ended up going to Maxes. She said she just had to submit a couple of photos to begin with before an interview with Max himself, but that he didn't fuck her. She started there but quickly left. She's English and advertised as 18 (I thought older), and I've added my opinion of her to a recent review. She's still with the agency.

Yes, some work in both capacities. The agency would always want to ensure she does not carry over any clients to her indie side though, but not sure how strictly they can manage this.

A few girls have discussed their overheads with me, suggesting that working in "a flat" can result in 40-50% of the fee paid going to the owner.  So that may mean that the WG takes little more than £30 for a £60 30 min booking, which was what I was doing back in those days 2-3 years ago.

Depends on what the agency is providing.  If they provide the venue, then that's not unreasonable, as she'd need to cover those costs if she's working independently.  But if everything else is the same, then you're quite right.  Then again, look at any retail - even in today's internet world you'll see a range of prices charged for the same item, and people are likely paying thoughout that range.

The extent of references would be one pimp ringing another to ask how good the WG was. Seeing as the pimp is breaking the law he or she will want to keep anything formal out of the process of finding new WGs.
