However, it being my birthday this week and having a rare day off work, I decided to push the boat out a bit, given that the good feedback here and on AW supported the hot photos and tantalising description of her services on her profile.
Given I had a fairly vanilla half an hour with Leticia, it may not add much to what has previously been said, but there do not seem to be too many recent reviews.

I called about noon, no answer so texted Leticia, giving a two-hour timeframe when I was available later that day, and she got back an hour later with a suggested time.
After accepting, she gave detailed advice about parking, which is rare among WGs and much appreciated, given the difficulties parking anywhere nowadays and Reading is particularly expensive. She amended the time later but was only 15mins so no problem.
On arrival, she, er, guides you in on the phone to the smart block of flats where she works and then buzzes you up.
(NB. Leticia likes you to be punctual - I had text at one minute past, then text and phone call at literally two minutes past, when I was just arriving.)
Location:For those who have seen Leticia previously and bemoaned the cost of parking in Reading town centre, I have good news:
She has moved - and parking outside her flat is free! (Well for up to 2hrs during the day anyway). There was plenty of space available when I arrived.
Her block of flats is in a nice location next to the River Kennet and a pleasant 5mins walk along the towpath from the Oracle.
Area was fairly quite and discreet, with few people around.
Leticia lives in a top flat so she can see clients coming. Smart and tidy flat and bedroom.
My satnav did some funny things but side road is off A4 just outside Reading town centre.
Looks:While her AW profile photos have been slightly touched up, they are accurate enough. Leticia is a slim, tall Brazilian beauty in her 20s with not large but nicely proportioned breasts. Looks are always subjective, but I would say she is very attractive (8/10) without being truly stunning.
Personality:Leticia speaks excellent English and is highly intelligent and is great company, not just in the intimate moments but conversation-wise as well. She appears to have a genuine interest in her clients and is keen that you have a good time.
Plus she actually does enjoy sex and her job - again not all that common nowadays in the profession.

As I said, this was a fairly short vanilla session so I am afraid that I can't comment from personal experience on other services.
Reports elsewhere say fingering, CIM and anal (the latter being £40 extra) are available.
Leticia has a long tongue, which she uses to great effect over one's body. She didn't kiss so much as stick out an erect tongue out of her mouth, which was nice up to a point, but I personally like a bit of variation in kissing, including more of a traditional snog with tongue inside the mouth.

NegativesThe only real negative for me, personally, is her fees are rather high.
ConclusionIn a marketplace with so many Eastern European Working Girls who are purely interested in the money and could not care less about the service and their clients, Leticia is a breath of fresh air.
She has a very refreshing attitude: "I enjoy sex so why not make some money out of it at the same time". She does a college course, hence her limited availability (in accountancy - smart choice).
While she does list a 15mins booking @ £50, I prefer bookings of half or one hour and my guess is that you would need to book an hour with Leticia to really get the most out of her.
A rate of £150/hour is beyond my means and, if I did want a rare extravagance, this would bring a number of other extremely well reviewed WGs within my reach.
But Leticia has been doing this for some time so clearly has sufficient clientele to maintain that level of fee.
Therefore, I, personally, will not be rushing back purely on budget grounds, but if Leticia is within your punting budget, then I would recommend her.
