The resolution on those three images is so low that it's distorted.
More likely pulled off another girl's profile..

The third pic is watermarked - you can see the name of the content owner (sort of) in the bottom right. Public24? Something like that. Based on that I'd say they're unlikely to be shots of the girl you would meet.
