Thought i'd do a update on my review as i did say i would do a full review when the re arranged booking was complete.
However one has not taken place despite my efforts. Firstly i will say i took Lily up on her original offer of a discounted re booking, She messaged me on AW and a date and time was agreed, however before the booking date Lily removed her AW profile. I did not receive a message from Lily telling me the booking was again off so i was left to presume so.
I tried again to rearrange the booking when Lily reactivated her account after i made a comment on here with a reply by Lily that it was upto me to contact her to again rearrange, a message off Lily on AW would have been nice but i suppose that didn't deter me. Also i will add that on both occasions Lily stated in this thread that she would work the booking around the days and times that i could fit in around me.
Contacted Lily via AW and again tried to arrange the booking, i suggested a date and Lily suggested the time of 4pm, i had previously stated that i can only do evening bookings so this was no good, i said that i was unable to do before 7.30pm as i have a travel to Newcastle and i also added that if Lily was unable to do this late in the day that it was fine and i would just leave it. Received a reply saying that was fine and she would be able to accomadate, i thought then that we had agreed again to a time and day. Messaged Lily on the morning of the booking and she replied saying it was no longer really suitable for her and could i leave it till another day or early the following week, then a short time after stating that if i left it till early the following week she would guarantee me a booking after 7.30pm. I though this to be fair enough as i wasnt really wanting to push her into doing a booking if she wasnt 100 happy with it and told her this was fine and would be in touch at the weekend.
I tried to message Lily on the Sunday but her AW was down. It was back up again on the monday morning so i messaged Lily if the Tuesday was ok, received a reply more or less instantly that Tuesday was fine at 7pm, obviously no good to me saying i can't do before 7.30. Again a instant reply saying 7.30 ok as long as it was only 30min booking as she had to be finished by 8pm that day. I replied that a 30 minute booking was a bit pointless as i had 90 minute travelling each way, i then sent another message saying that i would let her know by 5pm on the day if i could make 7pm. I didnt receive a reply till the Tuesday and in fairness Lily hadn't read the email either. However by this point i had basically given up on getting a booking with Lily (she also said that if i didnt take the booking on the Tuesday at 7pm she was unavailable until mid Jully) so i made arrangements elsewhere so as not to waste my evening off again for another week.
On the Tuesday i received a reply from Lily saying she would do the 7.30pm slot now and i do feel that is partly my fault that it didnt take place as i had made other plans but as stated i had basically been given a take it or leave it that it was 7pm for an hour or 7.30pm for 30 minutes, neither of which suited me.
All in all my experience with Lily has been nothing short of a complete waste of my time and energy and has resulted in my evenings off twice been wasted and add to that a further cancelled booking last year.
I wish i had a better experience to share but i can only state what has happened.
