It's been a while, but as others have commented, I found red light districts in Germany featured strippers who entertain punters in private rooms on the premises. A quick google suggests that's still the case - though more expensive than alternatives such as FKKs - if you find the idea a turn on it seems certainly to be available there. I remember reading in a Berlin Stadtplan fur Manner of clubs which offered many variations on the theme. I found some Eros centres \ LaufHaus places had girls in rooms on the upper floors, with the street level mainly given over to various kinds of sex show places, including stripping, featuring girls who would invite you to a paid encounter with them upstairs.
