It isn't worth getting annoyed about bids from people you don't want to see. You can put a maximum size or whatever (which does help a bit), but you can't force people to read that and not bid. They are a lottery, which is half the fun - for every ten or twenty unsuitable/scam bids, if you're lucky you will get one or two genuinely good ones. I have one running at the moment, which had attracted 18 bids when I looked at it this morning - and I have now pared that down to 2 possibles. It's just part of the game.
The other thing to bear in mind is whatever fee you are offering and what you are after - it is nice to use RBs to get a bargain, but if you push it too far you will automatically put lots of people off (particularly the more popular girls, many of whom, I agree, fall into the 'maximum size 10' category).
If you want to see a girl with any particular size/shape or whatever, the only reliable way is to do some homework, find one who fits the bill, and contact her directly.
