How do you approach Dom/sub scenarios with new WGs.

I've tried two ways with varying levels of success

1- loads of written prep, emails, in character phone calls to get the tone and wording right.

2- start with a fairly vanilla punt and introduce the idea slowly over a few punts.

Method 2 I don't like so much as 1, it's feels lazy.

If a 40 yr old man not in a position of trust has sex with a 16 year old girl who consents, that is perfectly legal (the same goes for a 40 year old woman/16 year old boy).

I also find after the written comms and telephone calls a few training sessions are good to get used to each others needs. Also means you can check for correct interpretation of limits and run very safe sessions where I would, before doing anything, explain to the sub what is about to happen, check she is OK with it and ask her how she felt about it afterwards. This is not necessary after training is complete as by then you should understand each other, otherwise the training is not complete.
