So the disclaimer first as I realise this is my third review of Lindsey and Miss KDD together in a couple of weeks, apologies if this comes across as schilling / touting. That said each has been a different combination and different enough in the meetings that I feel a separate review is justified. It also adds to all prior reviews to record the consistency and adaptability of the service that both Lindsey and KDD provide.
