In my defence a lot of its about timing and availability. I don't iften get the chance so I don't have the range of options. Also the odd good punt recently has been on recommendations from here and I haven't had the opportunity not seen it as important to report on someone who is known to be good- sure better to report in a new find or a terrible punt?

Think any criticism of you is harsh to say the least, but that can happen on here. I certainly think your review was appropriate and you were honest. It does seem strange to me that some punters ( particularly those quite new to it ) get criticised for having a bad experience. I have been punting for over 30 yrs and I have had more bad punts than I care to remember, it happens. She looks ok in the pic but you can never tell what the attitude is going to be like until they open the door and to me the attitude is the most important thing-much more than looks.
 Don't be put off.

 Think it is obvious a lot of Diamonds girls are not happy with the set up. A lot will do just the very basics or want extra money for other services. They must feel they don't earn enough after paying out Diamonds.

Also heard one girl got £15 on one job once but they had to give extra for the use of the incall place.

But punters would not want to have the fee put up to £70 for the 30 minute and Diamonds wants to keep it cheap to attract loads of punters. So the girls are the losers in this.

There is no way I would be doing all that for £15 quid after paying out. I am surprised the girls even open there mouths and legs for that.

I have said this before the northeast is a very cheap punting area compared to all other areas I have punted in. A lot of the agencies just look out for themselves as many bookings as possible as many girls on the books as they can get.

Yes I know this, I have had many girls say to me the punters want everything so cheap so whats the point working for a cheap agency.

Look at Brooke Knights for example she charges what she thinks she is worth which is a lot higher then a lot in northeast and she is fully booked in advance and always busy.

She said that overall she does not really attract a lot of the ukp punters because she is a different market and her prices are higher but she does really well. I think she is worth what she charges and so many others do otherwise she would not be so busy.

So if there lucky to see 4 punters at 30minute punts it would work out at £25 pound per punter so £100 for the day/shift. Then take out taxis there and back and condoms being brought lucky to clear £70 or £80.

Think I would rather work at mcdonalds or pizza hut least you get free food thrown in but then again I bet most of these girls that work there probably are on benefits and don't want to lose there money and just need a bit extra.

This explains a lot why they do tend to have a lot of cancellations and girls not turning up for the shift at short notice. It is a numbers game girls that work there need guaranteed bookings and a lot of them no wonder they attract loads of EE's and even they don't want to give a good time.

It would be survival of the fittest for girls to do well here long term.

There is no easy solution for any parties because if Diamonds raised it to say £70 for 30mins and took £20 then the punters would not want to pay that so less people booking.

Personally though when girls don't earn much per booking or even no money on just 1 incall it is not a surprise to me a lot cancel there shifts or Diamonds cannot get hold of them or a punter don't get all services.

It is to be expected sometimes.
