i was ten mins late to start with as for some reason my texts arrived like 30 mins later by my provider so had to phone her for directions as all i had was a postcode.
It started raining heavily so i told her i may be 5 mins or so late and her reply was ' dont worry i can heat you up'. Shes a courteous person and it showed.
From there on it was all positive.
