Author Topic: Is it 'fair' that WGs who are popular pick & choose (+ignore) their punters?  (Read 3672 times)

I can think of a few reasons to be honest - the simplest being that having decided a punter is not someone they ever want to see then why would they waste even one second of their valuable time on them?

Ah, there we go - white-knighting lousy comms. Really?
I'm not one for clichés but another case of you couldn't make it up.  :dash:

If you got an AW flirt from someone you weren't interested in would you send them a polite no or just delete and block? Personally I delete and block and even resent wasting that much time on them.  :unknown:

Polite no, everytime. And a thanks for calling/replying. Business and personal. It's common courtesy. Duh.
Where's your so-called fluffy "manners" now?

Hardly white knighting - just telling it like it is.  As a real-world example of what I'm getting at - I often send multiple emails out to tradesmen on checkatrade for work I need doing - guess what, the top five or sometimes even ten most popular never bother to reply!  They don't have the time to reply unless it's a job they really want/need.  They don't know a thing about me so by not even sending a polite "sorry can't help this time" they run the risk of me not coming back to them in future with another more interesting job.  It happens all the time in the world of small business - not sure why you struggle to grasp that?

However it's a different story on AW - if you send a message and a WG decides they don't like your tone, or maybe they've linked you to your profile here and don't like the way you post, then they literally never want to see you under any circumstances - so why on earth would they want to waste a second on you?  Especially for the popular girls who get 100 messages per day.  They will simply look for any reason to delete a message and not have to reply because they just don't have the time.

*The usual fluffy crock of shite.*

Sorry, I don't deal with bullshit so you'll have to excuse me for ignoring your bullshit-riddled diatribe.

Edit: See what I did there?  ;)

After just 10 minutes on here today, I've seen two threads complaining about two popular London girls that seem impossible to book. They're not.

Both owe their ridiculous popularity to the reviews they have accumulated on here over the past 3-6 months. No need to name them.

Now, it does seem (from my experience) that the girls in question are being very, very picky in who they see for a first meet and (more interestingly) who they see once, but then (for no apparent reason) refuse to see a second time.
Its called life!!!

If a girl is popular and has built up quite a few regulars and decides she will only see the clients at the moment that she gets on with better or choose one punter over another because one she really likes and the other is hard work and a pain its human nature they will go with the better option.

There body there choice. I think we would all try and do the jobs that we get on better with then choose one we don't over it.

As long as they don't stand a punter up with not telling them then that would be very rude.

Exactly my attitude.

That assumes she has met them both before. Judging by the comments on other popular WG threads, many members are having difficulty booking a WG they haven't met before.

But as others have said, always better the devil you know. I'm sure WGs think the same.

Every time a WG meets a new person, she is taking a risk; at one extreme, they may turn out to be violent or abusive, or more likely they may be smelly, obnoxious or annoying.  If I was a WG, I'd put efforts into building up a good regular base to cover my desired income, then pick and choose enough new punters to make up for customer churn.

quite correct yet the only risk a punter takes is wasting a few quid, which if he can punt in the first place is probably immaterial.

Its most certainly not immaterial to me, the fact I can afford to punt is neither here nor there, I keep my end of the deal, arrive on time, clean with the agreed cash and I expect ALL WGs to keep their side of the deal and offer me a good service for my money.

A punter also takes a risk of meeting and dealing with low life scum, some punters have posted about being threatened and even robbed though thats fortunately not a common occurrence going on posts on here over the years.

at 75 quid an hour what do you expect?, Tower Hamlets?? These are not as big in terms of risk to opening the door 10-12 times a day to members of the sex that commit the majority of violent crime.

Above you posted the only risk a punter faces is wasting a few quid, that is not true and examples were given by Don. No WG or punter should experience violence obviously.

And at whatever a WG charges what I expect is a good honest service in exchange for my cash.

why? What makes you think that somebody who is selling their body, possibly compromising their future emotional wellbeing deserves such a mechanical, transactional view. Be honest, a few quid is a few quid you make it sound like life or death. These are fellow humans you are talking about.

I have no idea why you posted what you did, but it wasn't true was it so that was pointed out to you. At least get it right when you post, how hard is that.
