Afternoon - I've been looking for a girl who will take w/s facially/hair and maybe in the mouth, but not essential for that!

I know Victoria in Washington does but finding it hard to get an appointment at a convenient time.

Any other recommendations? I have asked a couple of girls who have ticked it and they have said "receive only" - why tick then!!
