I put Lilith Filth on my HotList after reading two positive reviews on here. The comms were straightforward by phone and by text. I get to Burnt Oak where she is based and call her. The call is missed and she then cancels there and then.

I go back home pissed off that I am not close enough to any reputable plan B's but thankful that a) I didn't travel too far from home to be pissed around and b) I ended up saving my hard-earned.

Pity, it would have been my first punt of 2015.

Sorry to hear that. I've haven't been able to book her recently. Doesn't answer the phone or a text I sent. I don't know if she's suddenly been flooded with bookings or just poor management. Still no excuse for cancelling once you've arrived.

This bit confuses me. If she missed your call, how did she cancel there and then? Do you mean she sent you a text after your call or something? Also, what reason did she give for cancelling?

Land lords just don't turn up. They have to give notice (24 hours at least) and at a reasonable time.

I punted at places and was told that the reason for some cosmetic changes and items being moved was due to a land lord visit in a few days. And the day of the visit no W/G would be working. That's what I call a real visit from a land lord.


I've been to places that were sub let to W/G and they pay a daily or weekly fee. At the start of a punt she had a call on a non punting phone. After the call she explained the person that sub let to her had a call from the agent. Renting and they were going to send people in to maintenance work. So she couldn't work out of there for a week

LanceVance, i feel for you having recently been to this disgusting Burnt Oak area. At least you didn't have to go behind the shops in the muddy alley. There are slums in Asia which are more preferable.

I saw her tail end of last year very close to Kings cross. It was in call and the flat was ok. My encounter with her was very positive, she has tattoos but not so much they dominated her. Her English was very good and she was quite passionate.

I'm sorry to hear she is now working out of a shitty area. Kings Cross has really cleaned up and not sure why she would leave the area.
