Seen on time. Flat is easy enought to find. Entrance to the complex is on the side street, not the main road.

DFK is best described as enthusiastic and borderline-forceful rather than passionate or sensual.
She was friendly and enthusiastic throughout. Takes instruction/suggestion well. No attitude or aggressiveness.
Sets her phone alarm for the hour. By my punting watch, her time started when she re-entered the room after stashing the fee. The punt was over as soon as the alarm went off. Fair enough, no chance of over-running, but at least she won't short change you. She doesn't rush you during the hour, even the last few minutes, so it's up to you to manage your time and get done what you plan to within the time you book.
Overall, she's attractive, professional and enthusiastic. I would see her again.
