Strange booking system to say the least, booked in to see Joy and was waiting in reception, when receptionist went to knock on the door to tell the previous guy his time was up.
Came back and told me that punter had decided to extend his booking with Joy by an hour and did I want to wait for her!, considering the other guy in reception was waiting to see the two other girls, I said no and was told by receptionist that the policy is who ever gets in first has the right to extend a booking despite other bookings being made.
Has anyone else been told this is the policy, as it seems strange way to run a business.
