When someone at work was caught punting they all changed their mind and the guy was forever branded a pervert.

The same people who'd help anyone in a crisis, but when there is a crisis, are nowhere to be seen. Cunts!

i actually told my ex when we first got together that id been to a brothel and that turned out to be a bad idea lol, i work near street walkers so she was a bit paranoid an would use the prossie thing in arguments all the time and ive never used a street walker in my life

Yeah, really bad idea.

If you ever admit to a girl that you've even thought of the possibility of doing anything like that they'll suspect you for ever more.

The same goes for guys of course, but in that case it doesn't really matter so much.

I've found that only complete indifference and total lack of knowledge about it works to throw people off the scent.

The same happened where I worked and he was dismissed on the spot. He was last seen in a meeting room with the HR manager then he disappeared and didn't come back.

I found out later that he was told he must resign or they would tell his family. But if he did resign then they wouldn't, nor would they tell his ex-colleagues why he left and they'd give him a reference. It was a mystery for a few weeks, but then they leaked it out and his wife divorced him and he couldn't get a job in the same industry. Beware, there are some nasty vindictive people around.

I'm pretty sure sacking somebody for an act they do outside of work is illegal in the UK (unlike in the States where they maintain your social acts can have a damaging effect on the reputation of the company).
I did see an indie WG once who said she had been sacked when someone grassed her up for working in a parlour however she had been taking days off work sick to escort. she of course denied everything but when they asked who X was working at Y parlour she knew the game was up

Not true. Employers can dismiss employees who bring the organisation into disrepute.

Yes, spot on, and I've sacked someone for fighting outside of work.

I've sacked someone
If you were my boss and I got outed for punting would you.....

1) sack me for bringing the company into direpute

2) compare notes, recommendations and experiences

3) give me more time off to punt at more convenient times

If it's either 2 or 3 my cv will be in the post

I know exactly what you mean. It can be frustrating sometimes.

I remember once being in the pub on a Friday night with my married mates. They were all ogling some rough looking tart, standing there with their mouths open. They couldn't understand why I wasn't impressed, but just a few hours earlier I'd been balls deep and tongue deep in something far younger and prettier.

Too true.

A married mate I work with is knocking off some 50 something slapper and regales me with tales of his exploits in detail and now what's worse, he's trying to get me interested in her equally dog rough mate! I'd love to tell him that I prefer them slim, under 22 and with the ability to suck the chrome off a towing hitch!

1. No, because I wouldn't consider knowledge of any legal consensual sexual relationship as bringing the company into disrepute, plus, that would make me a bit of a hypocrite.

2. As much as I'd like to, no.

3. Definitely fucking not!

Keep the CV on ice!   :hi:

A lonely hobby maybe.... But a great hobby!!!!!!  :yahoo:
Banning reason: Troll

What about fishing? that looks a bloody lonely hobby, as well as bloody pointless, if you only throw the buggers back in!

A hobby that takes away the daily stress fro an hour or two, and leaves you happy and contented, is a proper hobby, I have never had a hobby until this, I don't rely care if I can't tell anyone about it, adds a little zest to ones life!

Offline Bluefin

This forum is a bit of a lonely hobby too. Some of the stuff on here is fucking hilarious, and I've had people at work saying to me what are you laughing at?
I can't exactly say I'm on a punting forum and someone is complaining about his wife's slack fanny or something like that, now can I?
