I'm loathed to give a negative report as I was looking forward to meeting her but this was a very disappointing experience. She confirmed on email my booking and asked for my address. She stated that she was on her way from town but then it was radio silence. Wrote two further messages but she didn't reply and were deleted without being read. I appreciate that things come up but surely it is common curtesy to contact and explain or certainly to apologise afterwards.

Quite shocked at this service you've experienced. I've met her twice and it was very good, communication was excellent.
I know you might not want to waste your time again, but believe me she's worth the effort.
