Assuming there is no stripping (of the walls) or other prep then this is a maximum of three rolls to hang and with no matching then you would expect a quote of circa £150? More in London maybe. So depends what her rate is?

As others have said bartering should be avoided. Keep it transactional.

As it's a SP you are wallpapering for I would suggest you give her a tempting quote she finds hard to resist then, once you're into the job, you add on a few extras.  Any cracks in the wall will require crack infill mastic, so that could be;

CIM  +  £20.

When the job is finished, you will have to spend overtime washing your overalls, so;

And, of course, you are a professional so should also charge for your design and fitting knowledge;

I did some gardening years back for a mistress friend.(we are still mates).     I didn’t ask for payment or anything free in the way of sessions etc.

But I was offered one and some extras. Me in her hot tub her serving me beer 😂
Fucking brilliant.

Although I was never a painter or builder. I’ve done enough over the years to properties I’ve bought.
I decorated a SP’s bedroom for her (painted mostly).
Again……… we just got on and I simply viewed it as a favour. But had some free times because of it. 🤷🏼

Well I’m not going to repeat myself.
But I can only speak on my own experience.
Stuff like this worked for me, albeit a long time ago.

I’m too feckin old and lazy now to do owt like that again 😀
