She then starts a conversation with someone else. I wait, and wait. Eventually she comes back to me. And I ask again who is available
She appears to read a list of indecipherable words.
But I do hear Monica who I have heard of before. I ask for her.
She not here.
But you just read out her name to me

Try "who is working today?"

If they just state nationalities then reply with "names?"

If you have intel on who has been there a few months back just drop that in "I met x before, I would like to meet someone else"

I find text messages are a better way of communicating with massage places. Often they will tell you a random name and the masseuses tend to be 20 yrs older than they say in the messages.
