Saw Zsa Zsa here. This was about a month or so ago now.

Chinese girl, chubby but not too chubby. Nice massage technique but limited in the sensual touches until right before the turn over. I prefer teasing throughout really.

Opted for b2b for £60. Was ok but nothing to write home about. Left satisfied but probably won't see her again.

The location is indeed dire and the premises, unless renovated in the last 2+ years, were grim too with mould on walls.

Skyline in Lewisham, Herbal Clinic in Cricklewood and Akos in Edgware basically have the same business model and are the only three non-TCM shops in London I can think of these days (i.e. non-Chinese or Thai staff).

There was a shop in Ealing Bdwy opposite the Chinese Wellbeing lot, possibly Blue Orchid but don't steamroll in with a boner expecting relief. Had some international girls on the menu.  Met a 20s latina who was a bit musty with nice curves and took a plating over a year back tho.

There will be a bunch of others dotted about, too many latinas in town for some not to washout as FT FS girls in a bhouse, plus all those desperate low wage immigrants needing to pay London rates.

What about some of those Afro hair and nail shops you spotted offering massage?

I think they had a refurb last year. I was there a few weeks ago and wouldn’t call it dire at all. No mould in the room I was in, which was clean and table had fresh towel / paper on. It was a hot day, and the atmosphere was a bit shower / steamy but no bad smells in the place.
To be fair, the toilet is a bit dark and door didn’t shut, but it was clean. I don’t have a massage very often, and have not been anywhere else in the centre to compare, but I wouldn’t have stayed if I thought the place was dirty.
