Author Topic: AW account deactivated  (Read 464 times)

My Adultwork account has been deactivated permanently, according to aw they’ve warned me before several times about having multiple accounts. This is strange as I only have the one. Also I’ve never received any messages about this and was able to login yesterday.

Anyone know what my options are?

AW are a bit of a clusterfuck sometimes. Should hear the stories some SPs share about the platform. Seems their incompetence is spilling over onto the punters  :D

Do you happen to use a VPN for AW, or share a connection with anyone that might use it? I don't see how they might think you have multiple accounts otherwise.

The best course of action that I can suggest here is to navigate to the help tab, then contact us if on the classic website.

If on the new website via the contact link at the bottom of the webpage, then use the contact form link or the AW email address provided.

On the times I've had to contact them they usually do what you need fairly quickly. It really is money for old rope that site, and they couldn't give a monkeys about most minor things. Prove you are you and off you go. Good luck.

I reached out to them to say I’m a service seeker and only have the single account, have they made a mistake?  This was the response

Hello

Thank you for your email.

It has come to our attention that you are still arranging and/or requesting services that are available on AdultWork.com, via means other than AdultWork.com credits and its system.

Your account has been permanently deactivated with no option to re-register any future accounts.

We are sorry it has come to this, but you have been warned regarding this activity on multiple occasions and have chosen to disregard such warnings.

This decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,
The AdultWork.com Team

Strange when I can’t even log back into my account so not sure how I’m still accessing their services.

I’ve lost all my positive feedback and all the notes I’ve made over the years. It’s difficult to get a meeting when you have feedback let alone none if I’m allowed to create a new account

Did you request bookings via webcam or something? Bit odd, but seems you have been warned before? Does any such warning exist?

Where are you when accessing AW, and what device are you using?

AW use your IP address and device ID and pool together people that match.

So if it's work, there's probably someone at work with an AW account.

If it's at home, then your missus is up to no good  :sarcastic: (or could be one of your offspring!)

They’ve never sent me any messages ever, I tried logging in and the account was deactivated. I even accessed my account the night before. It’s just bizarre  :unknown: I replied on the form they sent for an appeal. No offer of webcam or any evidence of the duplicate account or what leads them to believe I have multiple accounts so I can give reasons or my own evidence.

Could be a rare instance of multiple accounts on a shared network. Otherwise its a bit odd if they have banned you with the reasons stated.
