Massage scam on Viva st,,Coventry area

Embarrasingly scammed on Sunday by people posting this Advert on Viva st External Link/Members Only.
It's the buy Paysafe gift voucher scam...the photo (after me just doing a Google reverse image is some French girl off TicTok)..rand the ad number..no answer then I get the first of many many texts 1hr massage is £100,so fine I'm ok with that as it includes sex and owo, but the money has to be a Paysafe or Steam gift voucher (for her agency), and "what's your postcode"? Now I am a little wise to that one,so I just told her the village name.
Now where I live there is only one Outlet that sells Paysafe ect,she actually suggested that i went to this oneand this is where it gets worse for me)! I go into the shop,purchase voucher and when I get to my car,my phone (Punting phone)has gone, I just call myself a prat for leaving the car door open...so using my spare phone (ex punting phone) I contact her again..the call is again answered but no response,then I get an almost immediate text " now photo the voucher and send it me then I can get the agency to process it" this is where I start belatedly to smell a rat, but still 'ran' with her request after asking her for her Postcode and lo and behold it's just around the corner from me (since found that it's house advertised on Rightmove)....i waited a and waited contacted her again no answer, so I rang,  same again no 'pick up' but an immediate text, "sorry the processing is too slow,if you get another voucher for £25 that'll speed things up and I'll include a Prostate massage or refund the the £25 when you get to me"!
Finally the penny drops and the sayings "There's no fool like an old fool" and "a fool and his money are soon parted"! sprang to mind. So I said no, and goodbye, but she would not take no for an answer and texting went on for 3 hrs, all sorts of excuses,promises, I'm genuine,I believe in God and wouldn't cheat you
So lads beware, I wasn't and it cost me a Punting phone (little value), £100, loads of texts and I mean literally a hundred plus and my pride..oh yeah I paid for the voucher with cash!

Vivastreet is the Wild West I’ve had two attempted scams in the last week.

Deposit scams tend to follow a pattern.

1. They never tell you their location they ask for yours first then conveniently they are near by. This is because they’ll be running dozens of ads in different locations.
2. Prices are way below what you’d be paying a girl like that. We all love a bargain!
3. The deposit only gets mentioned once you agree an appointment. By this time they are hoping you are committed and thinking with your dick.
4. The deposit is usually “required by the agency as a booking fee”. The person you are chatting with will insist it’s not them they just have to follow the rules.
5. They’ll get desperate or aggressive if you don’t take the bait.

Sympathy for the guy involved but please, just say no.

No legitimate sex worker would ever use vouchers as a form of payment.

The chance of a successful outcome is zero. You’re simply sending cash to a random phone number found on Vivastreet.

People really shouldn’t be falling for this crap.
