This booking was made via SMS and a followup up call.

Were the guys who were, respectively, leaving and about to enter definitely going out of/into this SP's flat or the block as a whole? Was there anyone else ie another escort in the SP's flat?

Even if there are other flats, I agree the timing is suspicious but possibly coincidence particularly in this day of regular deliveries.

They were going out / in of the same section of this block. I don't think were was someone else working in the same apartment. Don't know about the block. What got my spidey senses tingling was that I was kept waiting until a few minutes after I saw the first man leave.
