In my experience HR is always available.

Muangkhwan now has another 2 rooms upstairs - the new rooms are completely separate from the hairdressers - you go into the side alley on the right of the barbers shop (with a sign that says "sunbed hire") and the first door on the left leads to a flight of stairs. Ning and the other girls have a room, another bed in a curtained off area, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.  They still have the room downstairs which has a shower in the room.

Sonsabai near Hillsborough is excfellent. Went a couple of yeasr ago.

Over recent weeks I had the opportunity to visit both Phoenix Spa and Muangkhwan. Both locations charge £40 for 60 minutes. At Phoenix I was massaged by a pretty young chinese woman who said she was new.  Good massage, close to the end I was offered HR for £20 or b2b and HR for £40. Took the former. effectively at Mirror Talk and muangkhwan they expect to give you a HJ at the end of the massage and the tip is an extra £10.  I've never had to ask.  Some girls (I'm looking at you Jasmine) are also willing to go topless, but that is by no means universal and I dont particularly expect it these days.  It seems to me that I get a more sensual service from the girls who keep their tops on - but I may just be mentally compensating.   It's as near to a guaranteed service as you can get.
