Part 2 of my catchup of my reviews. This one took place about 5 or 6 weeks ago. So let’s get the obvious out the way first. The price! Yep, £560 is what I paid and it was only for 30 minutes. And yes, I know I could have gotten about 3 or 4 other good bookings for that same price, but couple of factors I’d add to this;
1) I had a bit of extra cash that month so didn’t feel I’d overextended myself
2) was a duo booking, of which I’m always on the lookout
3) was a duo booking with to FAF blondes!
4) I got to film it so plenty of rewatches back to add to value for money
Had seen Kimm’s profile come up in Leeds during the week and did shoot of a message to ask how long she was in for, prices, etc. Got a reply back later in the day confirming she’d be here for the week and a list of extras, of which a Duo booking was listed.
Came to the weekend and saw she was still in the area on AW so fired off another enquiry and got confirmation that was available and that Jane was here too. Price was £180 for 30 mins and then £100 on top for filming. Had hoped that the £100 would cover just the filming ‘as a whole’ so would be £420, but nope – was £100 extra for EACH of them. ‘C’est La Vie’ I thought and agreed to it.
Got confirmation of the apartment block – is a bit out the centre, just on the outskirst. Not one I’d been to before but quite a newer, modern apartment block. Took about 20 minutes walk from where the bus station is, on a hot day too.
Got there eventually and text to say I’d arrived. Did have to hang around for about 5 minutes before got text back with the details. Was given room number and buzzed up so headed to them. Was a bit of a maze inside but was given very clear directions.
