Exchange Error: Source Member does not have spend privilege.

Had this message come up as i was trying to buy a private gallery, anyone know what it means?

Looks like you are trying to view the PG of another AW account registered to you

I have only got one aw account,
I bought a pg 3 days ago and no problems,
Aw are not the easiest of sites to contact!! No real answers in there FAQ section.
