I find it comes down to a few things:
1. Whether you can afford to 'lose' the money in the event of a bad experience/shit service. Expensive hobby.
2. Whether you get a thrill out of the unknown/the risk. I do but I'm an adrenaline seeker.
3. Whether you're confident enough to stick up for yourself and walk where necessary. Consider the risk and come to terms with what you're prepared and capable of regarding physical defence and also if you're good at talking your way out of situations. Don't act the big man if you can't defend yourself. Think preventative, not reactionary. If you're an anxious person, don't deal well with conflict and want to avoid attention, walking can be challenging. Come up with some excuses, the one I've heard WGs say they've heard the most is "I've left my money in the car"

.
4. Whether the WG is even worth it. For every FAF TOFTT, there's a bunch of FAF reviewed ladies.
5. Trust your gut. If you're in a shithole, you don't like the way the communication is going or you're just getting a bad vibe, leave. - just last week I contacted an obvious B&S profile on VS as I was in a risky mood. When I got there, communication slowed right down and they refused to give me the address unless I stood in the street and took a picture of where I was. It made me feel like they were setting me up for something and the risk outweighed the reward. I said you're taking the fucking piss and if you're trying anything on, come outside because I'm leaving. They started getting arsey but I just blocked them and went to my plan b. I swear the profile has been deleted on VS as I tried to find it to post here. I could have just been overly suspicious and they were being overly cautious but it seemed fishy.
I only TOFTT if I'm seeking a risk-based adrenaline thrill. My personal method:
1. find a profile I like.
2. accept that the pics are probs too good to be true and build no expectation.
3. ensure I have a plan b should anything go south (this helps not feel annoyed about it as well as you just go there instead).
4. go for a 30 minute max session so to minimise financial impact if crap.
5. upon arrival, gauge the vibe, the place and the best course of escape, just in case.
6. leave or have at it.
As Fuzzyduck said, if you ask on here, someone may have gone and not reviewed. The prime example being that Skyman1000 asked about a Rub & Tug the other day and I'd forgotten I'd visited so I posted a review yesterday. I also have 3 punting sims, 1 for TOFFTing, 1 for new but reviewed and 1 for keepers and if it's a good session, I'll go back for longer.
