After previous negative review, thought I'd give her one last chance. Comms much better, and seems to have finally logged in. Maybe she's upped her game. Still a bit of hanging around and delay though.

Out of interest, what kind of marks were they? Were they approx 1cm round red blotches, or smaller like shaving/plucking marks?

Didn't notice anything personally, and she seemed together and in generally good shape - though previous comms had been very sketchy... and she is in 'social accommodation', so could be a previous/ongoing issue I guess.
