I have searched this forum & cannot find any reference so, I apologise in advance, if this has already been discussed. :hi:

Has anyone on here tried this offering (from Amazon)?
If so, do they actually work?
Thanks for any info.

DURATEX by Hilman Blue Pills for Men Endurance - Premium Strong 100mg Tablets for Enhanced Stamina Firm Performance Power Booster Herbal Male Food Supplements for Long Lasting (40 Count (Pack of 1))
Brand: Hilman

An assessment by AI

Duratex (by Hilman) appears marketed as an over‑the‑counter “male endurance” or sexual performance supplement in some markets; product listings describe a blue tablet, often labeled “100 mg,” sold for stamina/long‑lasting performance. Product pages are retail listings, not medical or regulatory sources. <citation src="5"></citation>

Some older formulations called “Duratex” (non‑Hilman) are combination cold medicines containing guaifenesin + phenylephrine + phenylpropanolamine; that drug name has been associated with serious risks (phenylpropanolamine linked to increased risk of hemorrhagic stroke) and many such products were withdrawn or discouraged. Do not assume retail “Duratex” supplements have the same ingredients—labels vary. <citation src="1"></citation>

If you’re considering taking a Duratex product:
- Check the actual product label for active ingredients and exact dose.
- Avoid anything containing phenylpropanolamine; it’s been linked to hemorrhagic stroke. <citation src="1"></citation>
- Don’t combine with nitrates or prescription erectile dysfunction drugs without medical advice.
- If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, are on prescription meds, or have other medical conditions, consult a healthcare provider before use.

I think I'd steer clear and rely on advice from a medically qualified GP.

Thank you.
I have found the internet to be lacking in any real advice regarding these pills & had tried to research as such before posing the question on here. I am aware there may be risks & that's the reason I want to hear any real life experiences from our members (pun intended)

Was it ease of purchase why you considering these over the real thing?

Last night I was watching a US programme which was talking about these types of pills. In the US they're referred to as "Gas Station Pills". They are pretty dangerous. See External Link/Members Only

Below is a screen shot from Amazon listing the ingredients. It is herbal based so unlikely to be harmful. Equally highly unlikely to be effective.

Durotex is also a brand name for an unrelated cold remedy which contains an expectorant (to break down mucous) and two decongestants to alleviate nasal symptoms. This can have side effects and interactions but is not the product advertised on Amazon.

I tried L-Argine and it gave me ED. I stopped it and ED no longer there, so these herbal remedies can have side effects and the effect is different for each person.

Try eBay. Some complicated assessments, some not so. Nudge nudge wink wink. I brought some legit stuff myself.

Is it not better just going to the GP and getting a script after a few checks and questions?

If you have an accommodating GP they can issue genuine sildenalfil on a private script which works out about 25p per pill

Herbs n stuff in the hope it helps getting a hard on. 🤷🏼

Try healthier eating, regular exercise, drink more water, avoid alcohol, avoid stress. Combined with only seeing the most beautiful, sexiest and most wonderful SP’s……….. should work a treat.  :D

Afraid my daughter collects my prescriptions on my behalf - I would not want her to know that I have a use for such pills - even though I've been single for some considerable time. :hi:

OTC sildenalfil or tadalafil from a pharmacy? Will cost a bit more but at least you know it's the real deal?

I shall give that a try - a friend of mine swears by these Duratex pills but I do not want to risk it
Thanks to all who answered :hi:

Definitely recommend the pharmacy / legit route. I've used generic Sildenafil from Superdrug online pharmacy. Just fill in the online request form, answer the safety questions about your medical history and submit and it was reviewed and prescribed by a doctor within 30 minutes and then sent to my local store where I could collect from the in store pharmacy 2 hours later needing to do no more than confirm by name and address to pick up..I 'm not advertising or advocating specifically for Superdrug but just highlighting that it can be quick and easy and discreet to get hold of genuine ED meds. I've used Dr. Fox online pharmacy  as well but that involves 24 to 72 hour delay for delivery,,  and they offer lower prices than the high street options. For me, it's just not worth the risk of buying unregulated products.
