Priligy for premature ejaculation

Hi there - I think I suffer from PE, particularly when I get OWO, I struggle to last more than 2/3 minutes and am thinking of taking Priligy as a temporary solution. Do you guys have any experience with this? I have read some of the side effects, including fainting, feeling dizzy, etc, which doesn't make me fully comfortable.

If you search for Priligy (or Dapoxetine) you will find discussion about this over the years.

The causes of PE can be very complex. Your first step is see your GP.

Bear in mind also that Dapoxetine, if it proves effective, will probably only turn 2/3 mins into around 4/6 

I should add that one possible side effect can be ED!

As a Doctor - I recommend owo twice a day until the PE is resolved!

I have the opposite problem - I'm in my 50's and take generic Cialis (tadalafil) for health and a bit of ED - I find if I don't take it its sometimes harder to cum - for the HE ladies - some always get me over the line - but struggling with a nice young Thai lady - she try's hard - but her technique doesn't quite work for me - been 3 times and never cum - another Thai lady seen over 150 times and always cum hard (she has been on a massage course - and also a HE course!)

You've got a medical problem, go and speak to your GP. As often as not problems like this are psychological and need specific treatment to resolve

I've never tried this as like Norwich wood, delayed ejaculation is more of a problem for me.
However, one of my friends had it prescribed and I don't think it did a lot for him.
In the past I've taken citalopram for mental health and that also increases serotonin. I find it pretty much impossible to cum on that. Though erections are solid at the same time.

In my particular case, I was prescribed it (30mg). I tried it a couple of times and found it was far too big of a dose. It didn't just slow down the ejaculation, it pretty much stopped any chance of me finishing. That might sound great, but at the same time it also stopped any other 'nice' feelings that you have during sex. It had this feeling that there was some kind of blockage in your cock. I didn't notice any other side effects.

Thanks for that.  Interesting. It highlights the considerable spectrum in relation to response to treatments generally.

In your case you would appear to be an 'outlier'? 30 mg is the minimal dose and many PE sufferers treated with Dapoxetine take 60mg which, if effective, results in, on average, a doubling of the ejaculation period.

Interesting variation in response also. Around 50% of men taking SSRIs also report ED issues in addition to delayed ejaculation
