I would first ask yourself how far you are prepare to travel for one that takes your fancy, and then keep an eye on those cities too. Also on birchplace, I would suggest using the East Midlands filter and not the specific cities, as it won't pick up Lincoln/Newark/Mansfield etc etc unless you do region.
I would keep checking other areas where tourers visit, and if you see one you really like, wait until they come closer, or send them a polite message asking them if they plan to visit an area you are ok travelling to. Some only hit the main cities, some travel everywhere.
You'll see by my reviews I often go to other cities, as waiting on them to come to Leicester, Derby or Nottingham would mean missing out on a lot of them.
It'll boil down to whether you like the look of Thais or Brazilians. If you're concerned that they won't be like their pics, a lot of brazilians have social media accounts that they link to, that's a good indication you won't get a complete surprise. I'd say Thai's to me, generally look a bit more masculine than their pics, but I don't go for Thai's often and the other guys here will have better clarity on that. I've also been disappointed by the size of Thai's sizes a few times, so just personal preference.
One tip I will give you for Brazilians, is use the google translator on Android. It has a new feature called conversation (not yet available on iOS) which you can use to have a very easy conversation verbally with a Brazilian that speaks no English. It's been a game changer for me recently.
