If I had to guess, either a favoured customer booked for multiple hours so they bumped you off (happened to me once, though they at least had the courtesy to lie and cancel by text) or she had trouble booking a room and didn't bother to cancel. The ones from this agency who aren't at the usual hotel might have been banned.
