Booking was made, coms all clear and decent, but then I asked to change times, again all good. I set off by train, station with 15mins walk, confirmed on way all ok then suddenly she couldn't do it, had took other bookings, my first response was replied ro as if I was confused this annoyed me then she could, bear in mind im already on the train so I ignore the red flags, get there im asked to do another time, i retreat Blue balled and really pissed off.
