As for price increases.. This has been suggested to me a few times but I don't want my prices to discriminate against those with less disposable income as I genuinely enjoy the variety and company of people from all different walks of life. I personally gain more satisfaction from the knowing I'm providing a fair and honest service than I would from an extra £100 a week. xxx
Although price doesn't matter to me personally, I applaud your philosophy.
Putting prices up on a "premium product" is normally an accepted business model in the commercial world, ie: Restaurants, clothes, ice cream etc... however, most prossies know that competition has been fierce in the last 18 months and set to be even more so.
If you're an indie, without any agency or pimp costs incurred, then prices can remain static indefinitely, despite overtures from others. Of course it's a personal choice at the end of the day.
