- Immediately after use, remove any removable parts (vaginal/anal inserts, wigs, clothing) and rinse them separately with warm water.
- Rinse the main doll or the specific orifice(s) with warm (not hot) water to flush out fluids and lubricants.
- Clean orifices and inserts with a mild, antibacterial, unscented soap or a toy cleaner formulated for sex toys:
- Use a soft cloth, sponge, or a dedicated soft brush to gently clean inner surfaces.
- For deep cleaning of cavities, use a douche bulb or syringe to flush with soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
- For dolls with removable silicone/TPE parts: follow manufacturer guidance. Generally:
- Silicone tolerates warm water and mild soap and can be disinfected with a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe after washing.
- TPE is more delicate: avoid alcohol and harsh chemicals; use mild soap only.
- Rinse all soap thoroughly until water runs clear.
- Dry completely:
- Pat external surfaces with a soft, lint-free towel.
- For orifices/cavities, use a clean towel or air-dry fully. Insert a sanitary drying stick or roll of paper towel wrapped in plastic to keep shape and speed drying.
- Ensure internal cavities are fully dry before storage to prevent mold.
- Apply a renewing/anti-tack powder if recommended by the manufacturer:
- For TPE, use cornstarch or a dedicated renewal powder to restore surface texture and prevent stickiness.
- Avoid powders on silicone unless specified.
- Store the doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep in a position that avoids prolonged pressure on joints or soft parts; use the original box or a breathable cloth cover.
- Hygiene extras:
- Use condoms during sex to reduce cleaning and risk of infection.
- Disinfect toys with 70% isopropyl alcohol for silicone parts; for TPE, use only soap and water plus drying and powdering.
- Inspect regularly for tears or damage; stop use if there are rips that can't be safely repaired.
- Always follow the manufacturer's care instructions when provided; they override generic guidance.
