Which nationality girls have the most prolific tats?

I can do do tats since it's the girl that counts, but some nationalities seem to be inked more than others in my experience.

Cant answer specifically, but there's a few Romanians inked.

Personally, I abhore bold, tarty, blokey-type prominent tattoos, such as on shoulder, arms/legs, but strangley, I've seen a mixed race girl with very artisitc inking on her back. Also, Little Honey Jessica has a tat (some would call it a brat tat) across her lowe back, and I can accept that, but not the sort of tats the later Amy Winehouse displayed.  Yeah, I know it's a bit odd.
