I believe I was communicating with a maid.
Started off great. Reached out and got quick response and agreed time few hours later. On arrival (on time), silence. 10 minute wait then she texted and told 'landlord issues' and can i wait. said i can wait no more than another 10 mins. She said landlord is on the way and can see me afterwards. Asked when she found this out, landlords usually give notice rather than just turning up suddenly. No answer. Asked how long she wanted me to wait and she could not answer. Told her I was leaving and that imo she had double-booked me. She apologised and said the landlord issue was genuine and she would never double-book anyone. Seemed a bit annoyed that I had called her out on this.

I will try again on another occasion as reviews look pretty good.
