May is in her mid 40s to mid 50s, a Thai woman, miserable looking and has no conversational skills. Spoke basic English. Massage was okay, but no hint of anything else. What was irritating, though, is the way the payment was handled. When paying by card at the front desk, afterwards, you are giving the payment device with the screen asking you to pay a tip of 10%, 15% or 25% etc. And this is along with the old boot May hanging around by the desk to see what her tip might be. This practice happens a lot in the States, even for takeaway purchases, but here it is annoyingly getting common too. I somehow managed to null that option and just paid the massage price which was £70 for deep tissue for the hour. Her service didn't warrant any tip on any criteria.
