Sensible punters make a note of the important parts of the booking while removing identifiable information then leave it a while before posting the final version.

As long as the basic information is accurate anything odd or unusual can be left out then they can't identify who the punter was.

I think escorts exaggerate massively when they claim to know who has done every review of them.  Some will be obvious, but many punts will be so bland and mundane that they have forgotten about them as soon as the door closed.
