My tips for producing a good portion of bollock yoghurt:

Abstain from cumming for 5-7 days
Keep healthy and fully hydrated regularly
Good multivitamin & omega 3/6/9 supplement with
Additional zinc
Arginine/citrulline supplement
Some people also swear by Lecithin supps too
Try some pelvic floor type exercises and build up - this may help you shoot your load further and with more gusto !

ON AVERAGE peak ejaculate volume occurs between ages 30 to 40. By 50 it is beginning to decline and by 60 the rate of decline increases with each year. This is all part of the ageing process affecting multiple functions. Then there is the Prostate enlargement factor. Have you had this checked?

Any supplements etc you try, should they have any effect at all, will be minimal on whatever your individual volume is and taking into account age related decreased volume.

As mentioned, abstinence of a few days will increase volume as will edging (or both)

Thanks Doc. This is my experience as well. Now moving towards 70 and have experienced a steady and noticeable decline in volume in recent years. I have tried many of the supplements mentioned in this thread and also have full bi-annual Bupa check. Mentioned it to the Bupa doctor and he said it is because of my age. He wasn’t aware of any supplements which have been proven in validated medical research to be effective in stopping the natural decline in volume as we get older.
I have now stopped being worried/concerned about it - I just enjoy reaching the climax. I suggest the SPs won't mind either as long as they get paid!

As others and yourself have mentioned, these things, at least for me worked a treat so you might need to up the dosage. But take what I say with a pinch of salt and heed what others have said about certain foods/supplements clashing with medication or dietary requirements you might have.

So if you can stomach it, eat (realistically blend, or make into a smoothie) a full stalk a day for at least two days before you unload. Or ideally you'd want to consume a portion or two (3-4 stalks) each day for about a week. Helps produce more semen but also improves consistency and colour, at least for me.

Couple this with consuming a fair amount of fruits higher in natural sugars regularly makes it sweeter and less bitter. Exotic fruits seem to work best i.e. papaya, lychee, mangoes (the asian kind), and of course pineapple. There's quite a few things you can include in your diet that helps with this, all easily googled.

I don't really do this rigidly nowadays as CIM isn't something I'm bothered by when punting but I had two previous relationships with exes that loved swallowing.
