Hello.

I’m guessing north wales is pretty bleak re SP’s?

This caught my eye but would I be right to think it’s a likely B&S?

Highly suspect that even isn’t a b&s but a scam. There seem to be a few advertising up here from experience. Suspect you’ll either get the Premier Inn city centre line (it’s not), or the line about deposit needed in advance, maybe the Sergei text to follow.

Advice would be use a burner, don’t get your hopes up. There are currently a few Brazilians in Llandudno which isn’t far, none I could recommend personally, still might be a b&s, but less likely scam.

Yes Vivastreet is a huge gamble.

Other tip - on that ad, if you click the 'posted by' link you'll see the same girl listed in Suffolk, Notts and Liverpool.

Definite scammer sorry to say.
