How to block Katie Price at Router Level

I've got a reasonable understanding about IT and technical aspects, but I have a question - "how do i block all news about katie price".

Her esapades are fucking tiresome. The blown up chavvy bint has apparently been inpregnated by her fake Dubai sqeeze.

Id welcome a national internet block of this shite at ISP level - what a load of shite 🤣

get yourself an account with OpenDNS and route all internet access through that - means configuring the PCs to access the router for DNS and then pointing the router at OpenDNS, and then manually hacking the OpenDNS filters. Too much hassle for what you're trying to achieve

or
build yourself an opensource firewall on a basic linux or BSD PC and install it as a gateway between your modem/router and the rest of your network. Messy.

I was going to ask a similar question actually.
