Vivastreet vs Adultwork - West Sussex

Browsing vivastreet earlier and came across a number of wg's, all with different numbers but all based in the same apartment block, the adverts however state they are all independents however.
For example:

Having never used vivastreet before, is this likely to be a scam or B&S or something more sinister? Or am I overthinking it?

Anyone have any experience using vivastreet in the West Sussex area, or in particular the girls above?

The first one has the same pics as an SP currently showing in central London External Link/Members Only.

Google Lens turned up some those photos for Karina as belonging to an Instagram model with over 60K follower but perhaps it’s not B&S and she’s doing a bit of escorting on the side

Similar scenario in my home town. Multiple profiles and all at the same location. Radio silence when I asked if one heavily tattooed girl would be the same girl I would meet. Happens all the time. Dodgy EE set up with fake profiles and daresay it's the same in most big cities.

After browsing her Insta, I'd say it's more than a side hustle
