External Link/Members Only Had this one on my think about list and previously had comms, maybe a couple of years ago.
Fired an email as no number displayed and she replied some 3 days later. Saying where she was based in Leeds area and her usual start time.
Said she was available and working. Asked for a specific time for the following day and she replied saying it was booked. But said she was available at that time the day after saying if that works for me.
Replied confirming all was good with me and told her my likes, which are more or less same as she gives in her AW. I also sent my contact number, make it easier making comms. Never made a comment regarding my likes but said she can only do comms via AW emails as she has no phone. I’ve done this before, it can be a pain, but it worked reasonably well at the time.
I replied saying, Oh OK, just make a note of my likes and I will msg you tomorrow later in the day confirming I haven’t forgot, then again on the morning of our meet. Read but no reply from that.
Logged into AW to send first msg and noticed she hadn't logged into her AW that day since we last spoke the previous day. Thinking from what she said all comms are done by AW email, I sent the msg asked if she was well and OK for our arranged meet tomorrow saying, I noticed you haven’t logged into your AW today, as you said that is your means of comms by email to clients. Are you not well and OK for tomorrow?
Her reply was, Hi what time do you want tomorrow?
I thought WTF and reminded her of our comms the previous day and our booking.
Then she sends me a message saying, “I’m unclear about the previous msg you sent regarding my clients, I’m a little confused.
I read again what I sent and thought what the fuck is confusing about that.
I replied saying, It’s OK, it was just a point of observation when I went to send you the email as I said i would. I expected you had to log into AW to read and send emails, but apparently not, I didn’t know that, but I was just asking if you were OK and not feeling well. (I remembered after someone telling me they don’t have to). Then asked you haven’t replied to question are we still OK for tomorrow.
I didn’t get a reply straight away and sent a further msg reminding of our conversation the previous day and booking.
I then get a msg saying: “I have been logged into AW all day and fulfilled all appointment requests. Unfortunately, I think it’s best we don’t meet tomorrow.
WTF has fulfilling her bookings got to do with me, WTF was that all about!
I replied to that and she’s not read it.
So, from that and asking me, what time do I want the day after we had comms, sounds like she doubled booked by looks of it, asking what time I wanted the next day after our conversation. Looks like she doesn’t have a booking system that works.
Absolutely useless, rearranged my day for her and that was a fucking pain to do, but got there in the end.
I still don’t get what she was confused about, it’s not fucking rocket science what I said or any criticism in it, just an observation asking if she unwell and OK. Don’t know WTF she had been reading
All she had to say was, we don’t need to log in to send emails and that would have been that, but to send what she sent me, fucking confused me
So, she’s useless at taking booking other than on the day, she was either on something or took something, fuck knows but her comms was strange.
I was getting a feeling this wasn’t going to go well when she asked what time I wanted after we arranged it the day before. So I was thinking of calling it a day myself when she asked what time I wanted the following day after booking.
Did myself a favour I think messaging her day after conversation and day before arranged meet than leaving it another day till the morning of booking, at least I hadn’t got ready to leave.
