What's the parking where Gemma lives? Is there parking on nearby streets?

There's plenty of on-street parking within walking distance of her place.
There's also a small free, public car park by a pub in the centre of the village which is maybe a 3-4 minute walk.
Very little in the way of parking restrictions around there and no wardens. Plenty of residential side roads too within walking distance.
That's about as much as I can say without being specific and potentially identifying the place.

Yeah parking is as described above I parked in The free car park opposite the pub and walked round to her house, not very far at all. I would say she is around 50ish maybe
