What does it matter what her politics are? It takes different strokes. Would be a very boring world if everyone was the same.
As those of similar persuasion are more often wont to point out than those who aren't:
'if you're not part of the resistance, you're part of the problem'. There's reasonably compelling evidence that those exhibiting certain kinds of appearance and behaviour, including 'activisms', are far more likely to self-report and be observed to have what are generally thought to be undesirable personal traits - things like high neuroticism, narcissism and psychopathy. Naturally, there will be exceptions; equally, stereotypes more often than not are based on observed truths, and rules of thumb save time and botheration.
